My husband LOVES sweets… I’m “eh” on the best of days (savory all the way!), but I’ve been trying to expand my “after dinner sweets” repertoire, and I found this forgotten gem of a recipe I made years ago as a poor college student because it was a) pretty cheap b) insanely easy and didn’t require an oven. Behold, the humble but delicious lemonade pie!
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
1 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip
1 12-ounce can of frozen lemonade
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Mix together the slightly softened lemonade, milk and Cool Whip in a bowl. Pour into the pie shell, then pop in the freezer to set up, at least an hour or two. Summer in a slice!
