Sushi Bake

I was scrolling through the Insta the other day, and someone linked this and I was hooked! Cue me, right after work at the IGA, hunting for imitation crab. 😉

Neither Wes nor I like salmon (I know, I know, I WISH we did since every other recipe on the internet is for damn salmon but we don’t), so I just doubled-down on imitation crab. I used Kewpie mayo I already had, yum yum sauce I had in the fridge, and shredded up some seaweed snacks we had, and just… went for it!

We popped it in the oven, and y’all, it was SO GOOD. Make it your own, but MAKE IT! Yum!
