Peanut Butter Haystacks

Look, I know they aren’t the prettiest dessert on the block, but I love a good peanut butter haystack – super easy to make, no need for an oven, and has a bit of salty in my sweet that I dig – and Wes gave them a big thumbs up too. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Haystacks

6 ounces of butterscotch chips (about half the bag)
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of salted peanuts (I buy the 50 cent bag from the gas station!)
2 cups of chow mein noodles

Combine the chips and peanut butter in a bowl and microwave at 50% power for 3-5 minutes until it can be stirred smooth.

Stir in the peanuts and noodles, then drop in mounds onto parchment paper. Cool at room temperate until set, then store in a sealed container.
