Hi friends! It’s been a snowy week here in the Midwest, but we are warm and safe, and thinking so much about Texas throughout the last week or so. I had the pleasure of teaching a Zoom class to some great 4-H students to show them how to make Sunkefleky – they are doing a whole series on international cooking. How fun is that? Here’s what else is making me happy this week…
How have I gone this long without the Instagram account ZillowGoneWild in my life?! They showcase the weird and wacky property listings out there, and some of them are EPIC. So good.
I love things like this: a time lapse of a barge traveling from Rotterdam to Amsterdam. My favorite bits are gliding through the countryside butted right up against the canals. So soothing.
Wes and I watched The Flight Attendant on HBO Max (based on the book by Chris Bohjalian), and thought it was such a well done adaptation, and Kaley Cuoco played this character PERFECTLY. We really binged through this one – highly recommended!
