Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

Look, I know it’s not the prettiest, but when I want just a big ole bowl of comforting carbs, it’s pretty hard to top my Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta, which is what I made during our snow days last week. Gooey and comforting, and super duper easy. Let’s go!

Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

8-12 ounces of cooked pasta (rotini, farfalle, macaroni… something your sauce will stick to)
1 pound of ground beef
6 strips of bacon, crumbled
1 can of condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 cup (or hey, more!) shredded cheese of your choice (I go Colby Jack)

Prep your ingredients… cook off your bacon, drain and crumble. Cook off your pasta and drain. Cook off your ground beef and drain. Then, in a large skillet, combine your hot pasta, ground beef, bacon crumbles and can of tomato soup and heat through. Top with cheese and cook until melty and gooey. Enjoy!
