As we’ve previously established, I’m not a baker – I like to cook, not so much to bake, but I’m trying to expand my baking repertoire and raise the bar on what I can make.
And sometimes, I just want something stupidly easy.
Enter these biscuits. You can make them in like 3 minutes – go ahead, I’ll wait. 🙂
1 tube of biscuits
cinnamon sugar mix
melted butter
powdered sugar
Melt your butter in one bowl, and dump your cinnamon sugar into another. Open up your biscuits (pop it like it’s hot!), then take one and dip it first in the melted butter, then the cinnamon sugar before throwing it on a cookie sheet.
Bake according to package directions (which I usually forget to look at it and have to dig the tube out of the trash) while you make your “glaze” by combining powdered sugar with either milk or water until you get the consistency you like.
Nab those biscuits out of the oven, drizzle generously and chow down with a cuppa tea or coffee. Yum! Enjoy!
